    The toilet wand does not get used due to how hard it is to depress the 'button' on the end of the wand! There is what sounds like a creaky spring inside that operates the 'pinch' mechanism that holds the toilet paper, and to release the paper, you must somehow depress that button with force.

    Similarly, the washing reacher doesn't get into creases and crevices, as it were, because it is way to thick in caliber, and the net cover is useless. It needs washable covers that snap or tie on. Big disappointment, going into the pile of "great ideas on paper that no one actually tried first" things I can't return, sell, or give away.
